Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Coordinator to join our Property Services team in the Hurn office on a permanent basis. You will manage work orders, schedule trades and liaise with residents to coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet appointment targets.
• Strong customer service focus with confident telephone manner.
• Understanding of building maintenance terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades employees.
• Liaise with trade staff and residents to meet appointment targets.
• Deliver the right outcome for customers and act as a contact for business partners.
• Assist in complaint and query resolution and manage diary/bookings.
• Complete administration tasks and seek performance improvements.
