A housing organization in the UK is looking for a Property Services Administrator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding property repairs, managing enquiries and assisting with complaints. Responsibilities
Handle property repair enquiries transferred from our Customer Service Centre.
Work with trades staff, contractors, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve repair issues.
Support the complaints process by providing information and helping to investigate concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
Act as a point of contact for the team, helping to resolve requests, queries, and issues.
Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and contribute to service improvements.
Manage and maintain multiple team mailboxes efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and suppliers to deliver a seamless service.
Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and improve the overall resident experience.
