Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Property Services Team in the Hurn Hub, Basingstoke, covering North Hampshire & Surrey Locality. You will oversee a team of 12+ trades and external contractors, delivering responsive maintenance and improvements to our customers' homes.

You will model strong leadership, drive safe working practices, and ensure value for money while managing budgets and performance across the locality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a direct labour workforce delivering maintenance services.
• Ability to plan, track and forecast budgets and expenditures.
• Knowledge of health, safety and CDM legislation.
• Strong customer-focused approach and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused, high-quality maintenance work through a team of trades.
• Maintain high-quality data within property systems.
• Set and maintain safe working practices per CDM and health and safety laws.
• Understand customer, asset and investment needs across locality.
• Engage residents to develop co-created services.
