Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is looking for a Coordinator to join our busy operations support team in the Property Services division at our Hurn Office. You will receive work orders, schedule diaries for trades staff, and liaise with residents regarding repairs and maintenance, ensuring targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong administrative experience, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with multiple computer systems.

• Experience in administration within a busy customer-focused role.
• Strong customer service and telephone manner.
• Experience using several computer systems.
• Ability to manage own workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades employees.
• Liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to meet appointment targets.
• Liaise with residents about scheduled repair and maintenance works.
• Deliver outcomes for customers; handle complaints and queries.
• Maintain diary and bookings for the team.
• Assist in improving performance.
