Job summary

A2Dominion Group in Staines is seeking a Sales Executive to manage enquiries across shared ownership and other affordable housing products. You will own the customer journey from first contact, proactively following up leads and progressing opportunities to secure successful transactions.

With experience in housing associations or affordable housing, you will hit sales targets, utilise CRM effectively and coordinate with solicitors and mortgage advisers to keep deals moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Shared Ownership homes or affordable housing products.
• Knowledge of Homes England requirements and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire.
• Track record of achieving sales targets within the property industry.
• Experience using CRM to manage customer communication, pipelines and records.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across our range of sales products.
• Proactively manage and follow up leads, maximising opportunities to convert enquiries into successful transactions.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline with clear next steps and regular communication.
• Deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs including conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of inbound and outbound activity to drive sales performance.
• Use CRM systems effectively to manage workload and records.
• Explain sales processes, eligibility criteria, valuations and timescales to customers.
• Conduct property viewings, open days and virtual appointments as required.
• Work with Sales Progressors and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Manage nomination and allocation processes in line with Local Authority and Section 106 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and New Homes Quality Code.
