Job summary

A2Dominion in Staines-upon-Thames is recruiting a Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries across new-build and shared ownership offerings. You will own the customer journey from initial enquiry, drive conversions, and ensure you meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires proactive follow-up, strong pipeline management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Regular travel to other sites is expected in this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Shared Ownership homes or similar affordable housing products.
• Knowledge of Homes England requirements and related legislation.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in property.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across our sales products.
• Proactively manage and follow up leads to maximise conversions.
• Own the sales pipeline with clear next steps and regular communication.
• Deliver against individual sales targets and KPIs including conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of inbound and outbound activity to drive sales.
• Use CRM systems to manage workload and keep accurate records.
• Explain sales processes, eligibility criteria, valuations and timescales to customers.
• Conduct property viewings, open days and virtual appointments as required.
• Collaborate with Sales Progressors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Manage nomination and allocation in line with Local Authority and Section 106 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AML, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code.
