Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking a proactive Sales Progressor to manage end-to-end progression of property transactions across our portfolio, including new-build shared ownership sales, resales and buy backs. You will own the process from reservation through legal completion, working with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to minimise delays and deliver a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within sales progression, property conveyancing or residential sales administration.
• Strong understanding of the property sales process, including shared ownership and/or leasehold transactions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple property transactions.
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales progression from reservation to exchange and legal completion, with milestones.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, valuers and internal teams to progress transactions.
• Monitor sales for risks or delays and take early action to resolve them.
• Provide regular updates and completion forecasts to the Sales Progression Manager.
• Coordinate handovers between Sales, Completions and Aftercare teams.
• Maintain accurate and compliant information across CRM systems and records.
• Support AML and Source of Funds processes and sign-offs.
• Manage lease extension requests through to completion.
• Prepare and issue management packs and certificates for resales and remortgages.
