Job summary

A2 Dominion is seeking a Sales Executive in Staines-upon-Thames to manage customer enquiries across a portfolio including new-build and shared ownership. You will drive conversions, maintain a proactive sales pipeline and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.

The role requires building relationships, following up leads, and delivering against sales targets while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Shared Ownership homes or similar affordable housing products.
• Knowledge of Homes England requirements and related legislation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage communications and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Proactively manage leads and convert enquiries into transactions.
• Own and progress sales pipeline with clear next steps.
• Deliver against sales targets and KPIs including conversion and pipeline progression.
• Maintain high inbound/outbound activity to drive sales.
• Use CRM systems to manage workload and records.
• Explain sales processes, eligibility, valuations and timescales.
• Conduct property viewings, open days and virtual appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales Progressors and colleagues to progress transactions.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers to resolve issues.
• Manage nomination and allocation processes per Local Authority and 106 requirements.
• Ensure activity/documentation complies with AML, DP, and New Homes Quality Code.
