Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley is seeking a Works Planner in the Nottingham area to deploy field staff to property repairs and manage related planning and administrative tasks. The role requires daily office attendance and aligns with standard daytime hours on a rotating schedule.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs including maths and English, plus strong Excel/Word skills and a customer‑service mindset to support fast-paced workloads.

Qualifications

• Three GCSEs at grade C or above including Mathematics and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Background in a customer service focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Metworks employees to undertake property repairs.
• Operate systems to support planning, finance and administration tasks.
• Work as part of a department rota between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.
