Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Works Planner in Beeston to deploy maintenance crews to carry out property repairs, and to operate systems that support planning, finance and admin tasks.

You will join a daytime rota (8-4, 9-5, 10-6) with office attendance required; no home working. The role requires GCSEs including Maths and English, and proficiency in Excel and Word, plus a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high workload environment.
• Understanding of construction terminology would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Metworks employees to carry out property repairs.
• Operate planning, finance and administration systems to support contractual performance.
• Work on a department rota between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm; office attendance required.
