Confidential in Surrey / South London is seeking a Repairs Coordinator / Claims Handler to join a friendly, fast-paced team. You will liaise with homeowners, trades teams and contracts managers to help ensure repairs projects run smoothly.

The role involves logging new repairs, updating records, ordering materials, booking visits, and ensuring accurate documentation. Office-based, Mon to Fri 9am-5pm, with DBS check and salary £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling property repairs and insurance claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities
