Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a Claims Administrator to join an established family-run construction business in Leatherhead, Surrey. The role focuses on handling insurance-related repairs, coordinating with clients, insurers and contractors to keep projects on track.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and communicate confidently by phone and email, supporting Contract Managers in daily administrative tasks and ensuring

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or claims-related role.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with clients by telephone and email.
• Professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate and confident learning new systems.
• Experience using CRM systems advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and enquiries from clients, insurers, loss adjustors and other stakeholders
• Communicate confidently with clients by telephone and email
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progressLiaise with loss adjustors, insurance companies, contractors and suppliers
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers
• Monitor multiple live construction and insurance repair projects
• Maintain and update multiple CRM systems
• Keep project databases and records accurate and up to date
• Maintain contact details, project information, correspondence and relevant documentation
• Monitor outstanding issues and upcoming deadlines
• Ensure Contract Managers are kept informed of important project updates
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required
