Job summary

Savills seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations, sales support and maintenance of managed properties. You will liaise with occupiers and owners, coordinate maintenance and security, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of presentation.

Leading with strong people and contractor management skills, you will drive occupancy targets, manage budgets and deliver end-to-end occupier experiences within a dynamic workspace environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent managerial and inter-personal skills with a track record in managing change.
• Experience supervising contractors and managing budgets.
• Good understanding of property management and operational delivery.
• Effective people management and communications skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legislative health & safety requirements.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, sales support, and maintenance of the property.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance, housekeeping and security.
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards and codes of practice.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and value in property management systems.
• Engage with occupiers, owners and service partners to deliver value.
• Lead occupier move-in/move-out processes and inductions.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting and asset management activities.
• Liaise with General People on community engagement and occupancy targets.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets required standards.
