Savills is seeking an Associate Director for the Large Complex Estates team in London to deliver best-in-class property management across prestigious mixed-use assets. You will work with clients, occupiers, residents and facilities teams to drive strategic and day-to-day performance.

You will lead client relationships, monitor KPIs, and oversee renewals and reporting while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to maximise long-term asset value and customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex mixed-use estates or large destination assets.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience delivering placemaking and occupier engagement initiatives.
