Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a well-established property management business that is looking to appoint a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a vibrant, commercial property in North London.

The successful candidate will manage building maintenance, health and safety, compliance, budgets and occupier engagement, while driving customer experience and occupier satisfaction through proactive relationship management and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong budget, cost control and financial reporting skills.
• Experience overseeing health and safety and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder and occupier engagement abilities.
• Hands-on leadership with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of a commercial property in North London.
• Manage maintenance, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor service partner performance and manage budgets.
• Foster occupier relations, respond to queries and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Support occupier inquiries and drive community initiatives and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and occupancy performance.
