Job summary

Savills is seeking an experienced Occupier Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operational management across properties in the region. You will ensure health and safety compliance, mentor FM Apprentices, and drive service levels to programme specifications.

Core responsibilities include risk assessments, budget oversight, quarterly checklists, and liaison with clients and contractors to resolve issues promptly. The role requires NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications or commitment to the same is essential.
• Ability to prepare risk assessments and maintain compliance ratings.
• Experience in managing service charges and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of Savills properties and ensure site standards.
• Maintain Compass and Datastation health and safety data up to date.
• Mentor FM Apprentices and develop training plans.
• Coordinate risk assessments and quarterly checklists.
• Report spend, manage invoices, and monitor budgets against service charges.
• Act as first contact for emergencies and coordinate third parties.
• Lead mobilisations/demobilisations of properties and annual appraisals.
• Promote Occupier service line and support business development.
