Savills plc is hiring a skilled Building/Property Manager to deliver and maintain critical building infrastructure across occupier services. You will manage plant performance, compliance, budgets and engineering data while coordinating with service partners and internal teams.

You will oversee permits, tender processes and energy conservation initiatives, ensuring resilience and safe operations in a demanding, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and delivery of services for critical building infrastructure.
• Knowledge of current legislation affecting building services, water quality and safety.
• Understanding how plant and equipment operate and how to maintain them.
• Experience implementing Permit to Work systems and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (PPM and reactive work tracking).
• Ability to analyse data, monitor budgets and report findings.

Responsabilités

• Organise and attend monthly meetings with service partners and monitor plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory inspections and timely reporting of actions.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to the Building/Property Manager.
• Liaise on operational matters such as shutdowns and works impacting occupiers.
• Audit maintenance programmes, review call-out sheets and verify PPM works.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, specifications and supplier contracts.
• Develop energy conservation programmes and undertake independent energy audits.
• Review engineering data and manage specialist consultant engagements.
• Develop and maintain the asset register and plant replacement programme.
• Ensure contracts and documentation reflect service requirements and are executed properly.
• Keep the building management team informed of issues and emergencies.
