Job summary

Leaders in Crewe is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. You will be the main contact for tenants and landlords, handling inquiries, booking appointments and guiding the tenancy from start to finish. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and support are provided.

You will communicate clearly by phone and email, manage maintenance triage, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all compliance and inspections are completed on time. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout tenancy
• Triaging and addressing tenants' maintenance requests, arranging contractor works when needed
• Communicate with landlords with solutions and updates on progress
• Update all parties regularly by phone, email or text and log notes
• Conduct regular wellbeing calls to landlords and ensure timely updates on progress
• Ensure compliance/legislation is in place on all properties and ensure company processes are followed
• Coordinate with Inventory Clerks to ensure property inspections and clear landlord/tenant communications
• Produce pre-vacation calls to explain checkout process and timelines
• Assist team leaders and branch network to understand reasons for lost units
• Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers
