Centrick, headquartered in Birmingham, is looking for a field-based inspector to join our property services team. You will conduct site visits, perform routine tests and safety checks, and ensure compliance across sites the company manages.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in property inspections, strong health and safety knowledge, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to work independently in the field with a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property inspections, compliance checks, or building safety activities.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and risk identification.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate reporting and record‑keeping skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full UK driving licence and confidence working independently in a field‑based role
• Relevant property, facilities, maintenance, or compliance qualifications are advantageous

Aufgaben

• Conduct site visits to complete routine tests, inspections, and compliance checks per procedures.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns and compliance issues; escalate risks promptly.
• Record inspections with photos and evidence to maintain auditable documentation.
• Raise corrective actions and monitor progress to verification and closure.
• Liaise with Property Management, Building Safety and technical teams for accurate site information.
