Job summary

Gcb is seeking a Property Manager to join its growing independent lettings agency in the United Kingdom. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties and coordinate landlord, tenant, and contractor communications.

This office-based role offers a supportive team and opportunities to develop your career within a well-established business. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, focusing on delivering excellent service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day management.

• Organise inspections, appointments, and property visits.
• Complete and maintain tenancy and property documentation.
• Resolve property-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

Property Manager Requirements

• Previous property management or lettings experience is preferred
