Qualifications

• Proven experience within property management.
• Strong understanding of property compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in lettings.

• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management and lettings operations.

• Arrange property inspections and ensure gas safety checks and other certifications are completed.

The Role
