Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to join a specialist independent estate agency focused on residential lettings, property management and property sales. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, handling tenancy administration, compliance, maintenance, inspections and deposits.

Based in the Goole area, this role offers a salary of up to £32,500 for a 37.5-hour week plus annual bonus and benefits, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive

Qualificações

• Approx 2 years experience in residential property management.
• Willingness to work towards Propertymark Level 3.
• Practical knowledge of property maintenance.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring property compliance, ensuring safety certificates and regulatory requirements remain up to date.
• Identifying maintenance issues, arranging repairs and managing associated work efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Preparing inventories before tenancies begin and completing check-out reports at the end.
• Scheduling property inspections and providing landlords with comprehensive reports following visits.
• Managing deposit deductions and repayments through the DPS, liaising with the sales and lettings teams.

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join an independent estate agency specialising in residential lettings, property management and property sales.

As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing tenancy administration, compliance, maintenance, inspections and deposit arrangements.

This role offers salary up to £32,500 working for 37.5 hours work week plus annual bonus and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring property compliance, ensuring safety certificates and regulatory requirements remain up to date.
• Identifying maintenance issues, arranging repairs and managing associated work efficiently and cost-effectively.

What we are looking for:
