Job summary

The Recruitment Experts are seeking a motivated Property Manager for their independent residential sales and lettings agency in Burton-on-Trent. This role offers £28,000–£32,000 DOE and a standard five-day week, with an on-site office and a 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

You will manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, coordinate maintenance, and ensure high standards for landlords and tenants. Applications from candidates with property management or lettings experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• At least six months' property management experience or experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving in the property industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated property professional to join a fantastic independent residential sales and lettings company based in Burton-on-Trent.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property management, with applications welcomed from candidates with at least six months' property management experience or experience as a Lettings Negotiator.

You will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the property portfolio, delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants, coordinating property maintenance and helping to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

We are looking for someone with good organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Salary and Working Hours

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.

Working week: Five days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Saturday rota: One Saturday in three, 9:00am to 4:00pm, with a day off in lieu.
