The Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and professionally managed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a residential property portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
• Conducting property inspections and managing follow up actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation
• Managing tenancy renewals, check ins, and check outs
• Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service
