Responsibilities

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships to ensure long-term retention and positive client feedback.
• Coordinating routine and emergency property maintenance using trusted local contractors to preserve asset value.
• Overseeing property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring clear inventory reporting and prompt deposit resolutions.
• Driving statutory compliance across all managed properties, including Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC regulations.
• Handling lease renewals and rent reviews to maximise yield for property owners.
• Managing arrears proactively through clear, professional communication and structured payment plans.
• Resolving complex tenancy disputes constructively, maintaining balanced and fair solutions for all parties.
