Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tenants.
• Manage rent arrears and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle deposit disputes and assist with eviction processes.
• Monitor safety certificates and ensure property compliance requirements are met.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to improve processes.
