Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or a similar property management role.
• Strong communication skills with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
• Highly organised with excellent time management; able to prioritise and manage multiple work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly and prevent escalation.
• Contractor coordination experience, including scheduling works, reviewing quotes, and monitoring quality.
• High attention to detail with accurate administration and consistent follow-ups.
• Reliable and accountable, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Customer-focused approach: calm, professional, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sub-contractors and in-house maintenance teams
• Receive, verify and process contractor invoices within required timeframes
• Review property inspection reports and follow up where necessary
• Manage key control (logging in/out, tagging and issuing keys)
• Liaise with tenants and landlords to schedule and complete repairs
• Maintain full responsibility for your assigned property portfolio
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties when required

Our client, a dynamic and growing property management company, is seeking an experienced, proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their Maintenance Division.
