Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Homes Team in Birmingham, managing a mixed portfolio of social rent, affordable housing and shared ownership properties. The role focuses on delivering housing management with high service standards and positive community outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in housing management or lettings, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in residential property management, block management, or building management.
• Strong understanding of property compliance requirements and health and safety obligations.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, clients, and contractors.
• Respond to property management enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage repair and maintenance requests from initial report through to completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and property visits.
• Assist with budgeting, service charge monitoring, and expenditure control.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections of buildings and communal areas.
• Ensure all statutory compliance obligations are monitored, recorded, and completed within required timescales.
• Instruct, monitor, and manage contractors carrying out maintenance and compliance works.
