Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Sheffield is recruiting a Property Manager for a full-time, permanent role. You will be the main contact for landlords and tenants, conduct property inspections, and coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a positive experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.
• Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes

We're looking for someone who has the following:
