Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Oxford to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation and coordinating maintenance with contractors. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
  • Act as main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate maintenance issues and repairs with contractors.
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare reports.
  • Manage tenancy renewals and negotiate terms where required.
  • Arrange check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters.
  • Ensure properties remain compliant with lettings legislation and safety requirements.
  • Monitor rent payments and manage arrears where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems.
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Oxford. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation, coordinating maintenance works, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
