Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon, London. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties meet all legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate maintenance, conduct visits, oversee safety checks, and resolve tenancy issues with a professional and proactive approach.

• Proven track record in property management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing contractors and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone.
• CRM system experience.
