Job summary

Connells Group UK in Sheffield is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager) to join our Lettings Department. You will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

You will play a key role in coordinating repairs, arranging safety inspections, and keeping clients updated while delivering a high level of service and enhancing customer retention. Training is provided and the role offers a clear career pathway.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for client and colleagues
• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs
• Liaise with tradespeople and keep customers updated
• Organise safety inspections and remedial works
• Liaise with landlords after property visits
• Assist customers with tenancy queries
• Carry out weekly partnership calls and welcome calls
• Ensure prompt communication with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal partners
• Provide first-class service to maximise customer retention
• Meet deadlines and KPI targets
