Job summary

Connells Group in Southampton is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across multiple brands. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering a first-class service in a friendly team environment.

You will coordinate repairs, liaise with trades, organise safety inspections and manage tenancy queries while ensuring service levels and KPI targets are met. Full-time, permanent employment with training provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic candidate with strong communication and relationship skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Competent knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements and landlord contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with tradespeople/contractors and keep customers updated.
• Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
• Liaise with landlords after property visits and handle tenancy queries.
• Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
• Respond promptly and courteously to communications from landlords, tenants, contractors and internal partners.
