Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. Based at Littlemore Mental Health Centre, you will support various properties within the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Key responsibilities include ensuring buildings are safely maintained, with a particular focus on radiators and small repairs. The role requires a level 3 qualification or relevant experience, along with a full UK driving license.

• Level 3 qualification to support skills mentioned above or hands-on experience.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Job Title: Property Maintenance Operative

Location: Littlemore Mental Health Centre OX4 4XN (will include travel to Warneford OX3 7JX and Whiteleaf HP20 1EG

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Pay: £15.93 per hour

What you’ll be responsible for

• Optimising the quality and condition of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition.
• Specific focus on radiators, removal, draining, cleaning and rehanging.
• Small building repairs
• Hanging notice boards, shelves and building furniture.

You’ll have the following skills/experience

• Experience in a similar role.
• Level 3 qualification to support skills mentioned above or hands on experience
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
