Job summary

Sovereign Network Group seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Property Services Team at our Basingstoke Hub, covering North Hampshire & Surrey Locality. You will lead approximately 12+ trades and external contractors to deliver planned property maintenance projects, mainly kitchens and bathrooms, across residential and non-residential portfolios.

As a manager, you’ll set direction, clarify expectations, and support team performance with constructive feedback while ensuring value-for-money service

Qualifications

• Experience managing direct labour teams delivering maintenance services.
• Ability to plan and forecast workstreams within a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against budgets.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation; compliant with CDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trades operatives to deliver customer-centric maintenance outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality data within property systems.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
• Develop local knowledge of customer, asset and investment needs across the locality.
• Engage with residents to develop co-created services.
