Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Hurn Hub in Christchurch, covering the Southampton locality. You will lead a team of in-house trades and contractors to deliver planned property maintenance and improvements.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role focuses on safe, data-driven delivery, efficiency, and resident-focused service across residential and non-residential portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a direct labour workforce delivering maintenance services.
• Ability to plan and deliver workstreams with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against budgets to deliver value for money.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-centric, high-quality property maintenance within your locality.
• Lead a team of circa 12+ trades operatives and external contractors.
• Maintain safe working practices and data within property systems.
