Sovereign Network Group is recruiting a Maintenance Manager for the Hurn Hub in Christchurch, covering the Southampton Locality. You will lead a team of 12+ trades and external contractors to deliver high quality, value-for-money property maintenance for our customers' homes, focusing on planned works (roofs, windows and doors) and responsive repairs as required.
You will model clear leadership, ensure safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation, maintain accurate data in
Qualificações
- Experience leading a direct labour workforce in maintenance services.
- Proven ability to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and CDM requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a 12+ trades team to deliver safe, timely maintenance work.
- Maintain high quality data in property systems.
- Ensure safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation.
- Plan and coordinate planned works for a residential/non-residential portfolio.
