We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Property Services Team in our Hurn Hub in Christchurch covering our Southampton Locality. The role reports into the Operations Manager and will lead a team of circa 12+ in-house trades and external contractors to deliver customer-centric, high-quality property maintenance and improvements.

You will focus on planned works (roofs, windows & doors) alongside responsive repairs, set clear expectations, provide robust feedback,

Competenze

• Experience managing a direct labour workforce dedicated to maintenance services.
• Strong planning and coordination of multiple workstreams.
• Excellent data management and reporting capabilities.

• Deliver safe, high-quality maintenance outcomes through a team of trades operatives.
• Maintain accurate data within property systems.
• Uphold safety compliance and CDM/health and safety requirements.
• Develop local knowledge of customers, assets and investment needs.
• Engage with residents to develop co-created services.
• Plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against budgets.
