About the firm

National, highly-regarded law firm looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor into their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Property Litigation Solicitor position to work on a wide range of property matters on behalf of healthcare organisations such as the NHS, private practices, GP Partnerships and other professionals within the health and social sector.

About the role

Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will work your own high-quality litigation caseload for various clients across a diverse range of clients on contentious Commercial Property matters.

As well as this, you will also be taking part in business initiatives, marketing activities and networking in order to maintain and grow the firm's existing, dedicated client base.

About You

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 0-3 years PQE within Commercial Property. Experience within Litigation isn't essential but is desirable so this would work for somebody who is looking to develop their career.

If you are at NQ level, you will need at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level or have undertaken a Commercial Property or Property Litigation seat during your Training Contract.
