Commercial Property Lawyer

Our client, a Local Authority in Essex, is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a hybrid working basis, with attendance required at the office weekly, ideally.

Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer:

• Carrying out and completing commercial property portfolio and residential property transactions
• Assessing instructions of statutory residential property matters, including Council charges
• Providing support and guidance to more junior members of the team
