Job summary

Ongo Recruitment Limited in Scunthorpe area is seeking a Property Information Coordinator to manage and improve records for homes and assets across the Property Directorate, ensuring accuracy, currency and audit trails.

You will coordinate data on property, compliance, repairs, disrepair and asset records, work with teams and external contractors, and help deliver safe, well-maintained housing.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex property, asset, and compliance data in housing or regulated environments.
• Understanding of social housing property services and related records (repairs, compliance, building safety).
• Ability to reconcile information from multiple sources and maintain audit trails.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data-management skills to organise large datasets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, organisation and updating of property, asset, servicing, inspection, certification and warranty information.
• Quality-check compliance records across gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts, alarms and building safety.
• Check data for completeness, currency and consistency with clear evidence and audit trails.
• Maintain data-quality trackers, risk logs and progress dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to define data ownership and improve information sharing.
• Escalate missing or unsafe information and support corrective actions.
