Job summary

Accent housing is seeking a Property Services Coordinator in Peterborough on a 12-month fixed term contract (35 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Hybrid role; office-based 2–3 days weekly. The salary is £28,959 per year, with spot salary and potential adjustments below/above based on requirements.

You will manage trackers, coordinate repairs, and provide strong data-driven customer service. You will support building services, collaborate across teams, and contribute to healthier homes.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Organised, capable of managing tasks from start to finish.
• Able to take initiative and own your work with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop trackers ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Oversee cases from start to finish to help the team meet priorities and deadlines.
• Work with Excel to produce meaningful reports and highlight trends.
