Hastings Insurance Services Limited is recruiting a leader to head the Third Party Property Damage team. You will drive performance, coach colleagues, and ensure compliant, customer-centric claims handling in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Claims Operations Manager, you will set objectives, review progress in regular 1:1s, and shape development plans while upholding regulatory standards and a strong customer outcomes focus.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience overseeing a team.
• Strong coaching and performance-review capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory standards in insurance and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Third Party Property Damage team to deliver efficient, accurate claims handling.
• Set and review annual and monthly objectives; conduct regular 1:1s and development plans.
• Ensure Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Drive a customer-centric culture while meeting targets and regulatory requirements.
