Connells Group UK is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Property Coordinator based in Bristol to manage a portfolio across our Taylors/Chappell & Matthews brands. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering a high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy.

• Experience in property management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
• Liaise with tradespeople and keep customers updated
• Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works
• Liaise with landlords after regular property visits
• Assist customers with tenancy queries
• Conduct weekly partnership calls and welcome calls with new customers
• Respond promptly and courteously to communications from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
• Provide first-class service to maximise customer retention
• Ensure deadlines, service levels and KPIs are met
