Job summary

Connells Group in Cardiff is seeking a motivated Property Coordinator to provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords and tenants. You will coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs and negotiate end-of-tenancy deposit settlements in a fast-paced Lettings Support Centre.
