Job summary

Sharman Quinney in Peterborough is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and deliver an exceptional lettings experience.

You'll work closely with contractors and branch colleagues to ensure tenancy lifecycle tasks are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with high levels of customer care. This role offers Monday-Friday, with clear progression opportunities within the Connells

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring works are completed promptly and to a high standard
• Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and company standards
• Resolving tenancy queries and more complex property management issues professionally and efficiently
• Supporting branch teams with lettings and property management matters
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding customer experience
