Job summary

Town and Country Housing in Ashford is seeking a proactive Property Compliance Manager to lead responses to damp, mould and other housing hazards under Awaab’s Law. You will manage complex cases, lead a small team and ensure residents receive timely, safe solutions.

You’ll collaborate with surveyors and repairs teams, monitor performance, oversee communications and support audits and service improvements to embed best practice across the organisation.

Our Vacancy

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Compliance Manager to lead our response to damp, mould and other housing hazards under Awaab’s Law. This is a key role within our Repairs & Compliance team, responsible for managing complex cases, leading a small team and ensuring residents receive timely, effective solutions that keep them safe in their homes. You’ll play a vital role in driving compliance, improving services and delivering excellent outcomes for both residents and the organisation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the management of damp, mould and hazard-related cases, ensuring issues are prioritised, investigated and resolved efficiently. Working closely with surveyors, repairs teams and other stakeholders, you’ll allocate cases, monitor performance, oversee customer communications and handle escalated enquiries and complaints. You’ll also support audits, analyse trends, contribute to service improvements and help embed best practice and awareness of Awaab’s Law across the organisation.
