Town and Country Housing in Ashford is seeking a proactive Property Compliance Manager to lead responses to damp, mould and other housing hazards under Awaab’s Law. You will manage complex cases, lead a small team and ensure residents receive timely, safe solutions.

You’ll collaborate with surveyors and repairs teams, monitor performance, oversee communications and support audits and service improvements to embed best practice across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a small team in repairs and compliance.
• Knowledge of damp, mould and housing hazard management.
