Job summary

Town and Country Housing seeks a proactive Property Compliance Manager to lead damp, mould and housing-hazard responses under Awaab's Law within the Repairs & Compliance team. This role manages complex cases, leads a small team, and ensures residents receive timely, safe solutions in their homes.

You will prioritise, investigate, and resolve issues, working with surveyors and repairs teams while driving service improvements and embedding best practice across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex caseloads in housing or compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a strong customer focus.
• Experience leading or supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of damp, mould and hazard-related cases.
• Allocate cases and monitor performance.
• Oversee customer communications and handle escalated enquiries and complaints.
