Intact Insurance is seeking a Commercial Loss Adjuster to cover the Norfolk and East Anglia region. You will travel from home to visit customers and third parties, managing commercial property claims from instruction to settlement with a customer-focused approach.

You'll handle cases across offices, retail, and industrial properties (£10k–£100k) and collaborate with our technical experts to improve practice. The role offers hybrid working and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Experience handling high value commercial property claims in the field.
• Experience managing suppliers and builders to protect indemnity spend.
• Ability to analyse claims, identify coverage and recovery issues while guiding the customer journey.
• Knowledge of general building and construction is advantageous.

Role Purpose

Intact Insurance are hiring a Commercial Loss Adjuster to join the team covering the Norfolk and East Anglea region.

In this role, you\'ll make an impact by:

• Undertaking commercial claim visits and providing efficient, customer focussed service by project managing claims from instruction to settlement
• Working from home, you will travel and meet with customers and third-parties on a one-to-one basis, bringing excellent organisational, communication and relationship building skills to the fore
• Demonstrate your knowledge of commercial property insurance when handling a portfolio of cases, including property owner, retail, industrial and offices, across all perils typically between the values of £10k to £100k
• You’ll work alongside a larger team of Commercial Adjusters and Technical Experts covering the West Yorkshire area
• Work closely with our technical team to continuously improve best practice and generate policy improvements.

Your skills and experience

• Experience of working in the field handling high value Commercial Property claims
• Experience managing suppliers and builders using tightcontrols to protect indemnity spend
• Provenability to analyse and review claims, identifying coverage, validation and recovery issues but ensuring our customers journey takes the correct path whilst controlling indemnity
• Knowledge of general building and construction will beadvantageous
• Cert CII/Cert CILA will bebeneficial to possess
